• Usage data: Interactions within all Nitlix applications, which includes but isn't limited to: clicks, timelines, and connections to all Nitlix applications.

  • Browser users: User-agent (which includes your OS, Device Model, etc.)
  • App users: Basic device and hardware information
  • Both: IP Address, approximate location, dimensions of the application open
• Communications: If you contact us, we keep records of that correspondence.

We aim to provide a thorough breakdown of how your data is used here.

We use your information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our services and infrastructure.
• Understand how our applications are used so we can improve experience and content.
• Respond to requests and support needs.
• Send you updates or marketing, with an option to opt out.
• Contribute to development of Nitlix Intelligence, and Nitlix Intelligence Service, with an option to opt out.

Nitlix does not sell your information to third parties.

All data remains within Nitlix infrastructure, and is not transferred to any third-party agency.

We retain your data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy or as required by law. Be aware that having a registered account on Nitlix infrastructure implies that your data is actively stored on said infrastructure until deletion.
